Parent Coaching

Parent coaching provides guidance, tools, and encouragement for caregivers who want to better understand and support their neurodivergent child or teen. These sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and designed to help you build a supportive structure for you child at home.

Each session is grounded in a strengths-based and neuroscience-informed approach, helping you see your child’s unique way of thinking, learning, and feeling through a new lens.

Together, we explore what’s underneath behaviors, how executive functioning impacts daily routines, and how to create supportive structures that work for your family, not against it.

You can expect a non-judgmental and practical space where we focus on real-life strategies for communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. The goal is to help you respond with understanding rather than frustration, and to equip you with tools that make family life more manageable.

Common areas of focus include:

  • Understanding your child’s neurotype and behavior through a strengths-based lens

  • Supporting executive functioning and self-regulation at home

  • Building routines and systems that reduce overwhelm

  • Strengthening communication

  • Navigating school supports, advocacy, and collaboration with educators

Parent coaching is about empowering you to support your child in ways that honor who they are, while also caring for your own wellbeing. Together, we work toward a calmer, more connected, and more confident family dynamic.
