Dani Taylor holds degrees in Psychology, Education, and is an ICF-certified Neuroscience Coach. She has dedicated her career to supporting neurodivergent individuals and promoting inclusive practices in education and the workplace. She began her professional journey as an Elementary School Teacher, where she spent seven years creating supportive and engaging learning environments for diverse students.

Driven by her passion for neurodiversity and inclusion, Dani transitioned into post-secondary accessibility work, first as a Disability Advisor, and later as the first-ever Neurodiversity Specialist at her local polytechnic institution. In this pioneering role, she developed initiatives, training, and supports that empowered both students and staff to understand, embrace, and celebrate different ways of thinking and learning.

Today, Dani brings her experience as an educator, advisor, and consultant together through her neurodiversity consulting and coaching practice. She partners with individuals, families, and organizations to foster awareness, improve communication, and create environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.

Dani’s work is grounded in empathy, evidence-informed practice, and a deep belief that inclusion benefits everyone.
